It’s Now Cool uses Express Postage for all shipments. All shipments are sent with a pro-active tracking number to monitor your delivery. 

AUS / NZ

  • Australian Orders over $100 AUD - FREE Express Shipping
  • Australian Orders under $100 AUD - Flat Rate $9.95 AU Express Shipping
  • New Zealand Orders over $100 AUD - FREE Express Shipping
  • New Zealand Orders under $100 AUD - Flat Rate $15 AU Express Shipping
  • Express Shipping Aus/NZ delivery is 1-2 business days - Metro (excludes weekends and public holidays). Next day shipping for order's placed before 1pm (AEST).

USA 

  • Orders over $150 AU - FREE Express Shipping
  • Orders under $150 AU - Flat Rate $15 AU (Apprx $10USD) Express Shipping
  • Express Shipping US delivery is 2-3 business days - Metro (excludes weekends and public holidays).

CANADA 

  • Orders over $150 AU - FREE Express Shipping
  • Orders under $150 AU - Flat Rate $20 AU (Approx $19CAD) Express Shipping
  • Express Shipping CA delivery 3-4 business days - Metro (excludes weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are shipped within 12hrs of receiving order.
  • The delivery times provided are estimates only.
  • Please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. It’s Now Cool Pty Ltd can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
  • Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact Customer Service immediately.
  • We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
  • Products are shipped with the authority to leave if your not home (ATL). This means if you miss the delivery your order will be left in a secure location at your address. If the delivery driver deems a location as non-secure your order will be redelivered the following day.
  • All local customs, import duties and fees are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Orders cannot be returned to sender and It’s Now Cool will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and It’s Now Cool will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
 

Order Tracking

  • We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. You will receive an email on confirmation of your order.
  • Another email with a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
  • Your goods will be sent via express courier (express air for international) the same day the order is placed.
  • Email hello@itsnowcool.com if you find that your order is taking longer than expected.
 

Order Cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, It’s Now Cool Pty Ltd can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped It’s Now Cool Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.

 

Acceptance of Goods

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault. If there is a fault with the goods received let us know straight away by contacting hello@itsnowcool.com. If the product is found to be defective under normal use and proper care please contact customer service.
